Scale Body Structure
The scale body structure design has obtained **patent** rights. It featurar structure, an aesthetic appearance, a flat surface without joints, and a reasonable structure that facilitates maintenance. It adopts an integral lifting mechanical platform with a full steel structure made of high-qality steel. It includes 7 channels of U-shaped steel. All steel materials are free from corrosion and oxide scale. They undergo pre-cambering treatment (the platform has a slighurvature) to ensure that water does not accumulate on the scale platform surface during rainy weather. The truck scale platform shall be a thick and sturdy steel structure, specifically a U-shaped steeructure. All steel plates and U-shaped steel are straightened and bent using pressure application methods. Rust removal and anti-rust treatment: The truck scale undergoes overall shot blasting rust removaeatment. The surface is coated with anti-rust paint, multiple layers of epoxy zinc-rich primer, and acrylic polyurethane topcoat, followed by drying treatment. The exposed surfaces aroth and flat, with complete and glossy paint films, free from rust spots and uneven paint application.
U-shaped Steel Structure:
The scale body adopts a U-shaped steel structure, with tload-bearing beams of the scale body evenly arranged in the width direction of the platform.
Material Selection for Scale Body:
The scale body selects Q235 steel plates, and th manufacture of steel structural components comply with the **B50202-95** standard.
Processing Features:
The scale body adopts structural assembly welding, and the main earing parts all use multi-head automatic welding machines to ensure continuous welds without pores.
Painting Features:
Surface treatment and painting of the scale body: After the scale body is ad and welded, it undergoes overall shot blasting rust removal treatment in the factory's shot blasting workshop. This removes oxide scale, dust, oil stains, eliminates welding stress, improves pant adhesion, and further extends the service life of the scale body. For the primer, epoxy zinc-rich primer is adopted to avoid the negative corrosion protection principle of red lead primer. it utilizes the principle that zinc effectively undergoes a displacement reaction compared to iron to protect the scale body. It includes one coat of container-specific primer (H06-4 epoy zinc-rich) and one coat of topcoat (S04-63 acrylic polyurethane paint), with a dry film thickness of 120um. Paint drying uses bakig equipment—paint baking rooms—to ensure uniform baking temperature and paint film thickness.
Features of U-shaped Steel Platform Structure:
The platform structure adopts a U-shaped cross-section design, which not prone to deformation when subjected to lateral forces. The U-shaped cross-section cold-bent steel is continuously welded, offering high stiffness, good strength, excellent processability, and high corrosion re.
Features of Multi-head Automatic Welding Machine:
The gantry-type multi-head welding machine is mainly used for the automatic welding of multiple U-shaped plates in the truck scale stelatform. The welding method adopts CO2 flat angle welding, and the weld tracking form uses a pneumatic mechanical roller tracking form. This equipment features an advanced structure, comprehensive functions, flexicontrol, and convenient operation. It can achieve the simultaneous automatic welding of six welds, improving welding quality, welding efficiency, and realizing welding automation.
Commissioning and Inspection:
Every electronicuck scale is assembled, debugged, and calibrated on-site. It is only allowed to leave the factory after passing inspection by quality inspectors and metrology inspectors. Our company pssesses 200t standard weights for calibration, ensuring that the electronic truck scale undergoes full-scale calibration before leaving the factory. This guarantees the accuracy of the electronic truck scale, allowing it to dir calibration by the local metrology department after installation at the user's site.
