Unattended Weighing System for Cement and Building Materials Industry

TIme: 2026-05-17

The material weighing and dispatch management system for the cement industry is a logistics dispatch management platform integrating pres, material supply, self-service card issuance and collection management, queuing and calling management (both inside and outside the plant), access control management, unattended weighbridge management, bcement stacker dispatch control, bagged cement counting management, bagged cement inkjet coding management, bulk product dispatch control, handheld terminal receipt confirmation management for materials entering thnt, and data statistics and analysis.

Self-service Card Issuance and Collection Management: Achieves self-service card issuance management for freight drivers entering the plant and self-service card collection and printing ma for drivers leaving the plant through the installation of self-service card terminals.

Queuing and Calling Management: Implements vehicle queuing management based on the order of card issuance (queuing er the plant), order of entry (queuing for weighing), and order of weighing (queuing for loading). It supports separate queuing for different materials and comprehensive queuing for alerials. When a vehicle reaches its number in the queue, the system automatically reminds the vehicle to proceed to the next stage. Additionally, it supports VIP queuing, manual quueue timeout, and blacklist management to meet various management requirements under different scenarios.

Access Control Management: Controls the entry and exit of all vehicles by combining vehicle number recognition, card swiping gnition, and system condition judgment.

Unattended Weighbridge Management: Achieves unmanned and automated management of weighbridge metering, supporting various automatic weighing modes such as driver disembarking and drivremaining in the vehicle.

Bagged Cement Stacker Dispatch Control: Controls the power supply of the loading conveyor belt via card insertion. The system verifies material matching through card recognition; if aterial does not match, loading is denied, the conveyor belt remains unpowered, and the system triggers an alarm.

Bagged Cement Counting Management: The system pushes pre-loading quantityformation to the vehicle, and the system counter manages the counting. When the number of cement bags equals the pre-loading quantity, the system automatically controls the cement bagging machine and main ceyor belt to stop, or controls the switcher to automatically switch the loading channel to supply other vehicles.

Bagged Cement Inkjet Coding Management: Integrates inkjet coders to achieve quy coding and flow coding for products, providing a basis for traceability of outgoing cement products.

Bulk Product Dispatch Control: Implements anti-mixing management for bulk materials through a du recognition mechanism. Through card insertion for power control, it achieves automatic power supply to the feeder after material verification.

Handheld Terminal Receipt Confirmation Management: Implements receipt confirmation for materials ng the plant via handheld terminals, including management of material identification, recipient, and other information. Information can be transmitted via card writing or data transmission through network communications such as and WiFi.

Data Statistics and Analysis: Achieves statistical aggregation of all material dispatch data and can generate various analytical statistical reports.

Queuing and Calling Management: Implements vehicle queuing management on the order of card issuance (queuing to enter the plant), order of entry (queuing for weighing), and order of weighing (queuing for loading). It supports separateor different materials and comprehensive queuing for all materials. When a vehicle reaches its number in the queue, the system automatically reminds the vehicle to proceed to the next stage.
